Application Process

As ever, the first step of applying for any role is to get to know the organisation you are applying for. Click here to see what we're all about as well as what we have to offer you as a potential employee.

Our LEAD Higher Apprenticeship webpage can be found here. This will give you an insight into our programme.

Fill in an online application form for the role you wish to apply for. It is very important, that you complete the application form before the deadline date so you can be considered for the role. Click here to read our hints & tips guide for filling in an online application.
If you pass the Online application form stage, we will invite you to perform a Video interview. This is not a live interview, and your answers will be recorded. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you! Click here to read our hints & tips guide for the Video interview process.
A small selection of candidates will also have the opportunity to attend an ‘Insight Day’ at the location they have applied to. This will involve a site tour and meeting with members of the team. This is not part of the application but an opportunity for candidates to find out what its really like to work at that site. These will take place between 18th and 22nd February and candidates will be notified by our recruitment team if they are invited to attend.
If you have been successfully shortlisted following your video interview, you will be invited to one of our assessment days. This will include a variety of exercises including psychometric tests. Based on your location assessment days will take place between 25th February and 4th March 2019.
If you are then successful following our Assessment Day, you will be offered a great career opportunity with Hanson.
